What is our booking policy?
• You may book up to 24 hours in advance of your designated pick-up time without penalty.
• If you book less than 24 hours before your pick-up time, Tk.250 fee will be assessed with our regular price.
How can I get the best rates?
GARIVARA.com.bd offers the best rates available at the time you book the car. However, prices fluctuate constantly based on supply and demand.
Prices on Eid Vacation and other holidays?
Prices may increase up to 25% on Eid vacation & other holidays depends on supply.
Does the price quoted include taxes?
No.
Can I return the car early and get a partial refund?
No.
Is unlimited mileage included?
There is no unlimited mileage facility in our packages. Please check our individual price plans for more details.
Does the cost of the rental include the total fuel cost?
Our rates do not include the total cost of fuel but we do offer simple, convenient and affordable fueling cost. For CNG Driven Vehicle : 10Tk/Kilo meter & For Octane Driven Vehicle: 20Tk/Kilo meter
Is insurance included?
The GARIVARA.com.bd rates do not include any insurance.

Can I book one-way car rentals?
Yes, but Renter will have to pay fuel cost for round trip
Does the pick-up and drop-off location have to be the same?
No. Just click on "Return at Different Location" on the search page and then begin to input your return location.
Can I book one-way car rentals?
No.
Can I book at non-airport locations?
Yes. To find a non-airport location you can search by city.
Can someone else drive my rental car?
No.
Can I smoke in the rental car?
No.
Does GARIVARA.com.bd have a Lost and Found department?
Each year the GARIVARA.com.bd finds hundreds of cell phones, CDs, sunglasses and other personal items in our vehicles. Renters are responsible for their own personal items, and we highly recommend that you report any lost belongings at your earliest convenience via EMAIL. While we can’t promise the return of lost items, we’ll do our best to help you.

Payment and Deposits

Can I rent without a credit/debit card?
No. If you want to make a reservation without a credit card and you no longer need to rent, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible before your scheduled pick-up time.
What are the payment options?
Only electronic payment through our website.
Can I pay for my rental using cash?
No. We only accept payments through our website.
Can I pay the rent via Bank Deposit?
Yes. You have to deposit the rental fee into our designated bank and send us the deposit slip via email to make the booking confirm. For bank details call out hotline.
What forms of Credit Cards do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover/Novus, MasterCard, and Visa. Debit cards branded with the Visa or MasterCard logo are also valid forms of payment.
Is my credit card information secure?
All credit card communications utilize HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer, or HTTP over SSL) which encrypts sensitive information.
Package Upgrades
Upgrade options are not available through our website. You have to call our call center for upgrading the package. Upgrade charges will be determined by GARIVARA.com.bd and will be payable directly to the vehicle driver by Cash.

Reservation cancelation

How do I cancel my existing reservation?
You can cancel your reservation on GARIVARA.com.bd as long as you have confirmation number for the reservation. The confirmation number is provided to you at the completion of your online reservation. The number is an 8-digit code followed by two letters and one more number, totaling 11 alpha/numeric characters. Please be sure to enter that information in the View, Change or Cancel an Existing Reservation page. If you don't have the confirmation code, canceling is not possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
1 - You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your designated pick-up time without penalty.
2 - If you cancel less than 48 hours before your pick-up time, Tk.250 fee will be assessed.
3 - If you cancel less than 24 hours before your pick-up time, Tk.500 fee will be assessed.
What is the Refund Policy?
If you wish to cancel before your rental pick-up time, you must cancel and request a refund online. Once cancelled, we will credit you within approximately 15 business days. After deducting the cancelation fees Credits will be applied to the same card with which you prepaid.

Why can't I see the car's exact make and model?
Like most car rental booking sites, we can't guarantee an exact make or model of any car type. Our car rental agencies carry different makes and models and are always updating their fleets. Your actual rental car will be similar but may not be identical to the one pictured.
